An Unforgettable Adventure With Your Fellow UASG Members

The UASG Board of Directors is excited to present the 25th anniversary celebration cruise! For the 25th year, we wanted to provide a celebratory event onboard Allure of the Seas, rather than the usual hotel conference event. You’ll be able to enjoy the high seas while also enjoying exclusive events from your board of directors. UASG wants you to experience the cruise to the fullest, with events being booked for the day at sea.

Join us as we celebrate UASG’s 25 anniversary together on Royal Caribbean’s INCREDIBLE mega ship Allure of the Seas.

Private onboard events include:

  • Awards Ceremony Gala
  • 5:30p Group Dinner
  • Mini Golf Tournament

Important: To be included with the UASG group and attend any onboard activities, you must be booked through Richter Travel. Royal Caribbean makes no exceptions to this rule. If you have booked direct and would like to be included in our activities, please call us to see if it is possible to take over your booking.

FAQs

Who is Richter Travel, LLC?

Hi! I’m Sam Richter and I am the owner of Richter Travel. I have been a travel agent for over 10 years and opened Richter Travel in February 2020 (great timing, I know, God’s got jokes!). I am a one-woman business with experience in all types of travel, but group cruises have been a huge part of my business the past couple of years. As an agent who has done plenty of group cruises, you are in for an incredible experience with all that UASG is planning for you! I can’t wait to celebrate with you onboard (yes, I will be there hands-on with your group!). You can learn more about me and my business in this link.

Why should I book in the group and not directly with RCCL?

Easy, the events are put on by UASG and Richter Travel and as a group, we’re awarded benefits. The only way into the group activities is if you’re listed in our group. Royal Caribbean is very strict about this and exceptions cannot be made as per our contract.

But what if I found it cheaper online?

Make sure you’re comparing apples to apples. There is usually a 2 digit code (1 number and 1 letter) next to the room category. Our room categories are 4V, 2N and 4D. If you would like a category outside of the group block, we can get you booked into that and moved into the group as long as it is still booked under Richter Travel. If you have already booked on your own, please let me know so that we can transfer your booking.

Why is my dining time set at 5:30?

We will all be dining together as a group. It’s a fun way for us to connect every night and meet together as a group. For the groups I’ve had in the past, it’s a fun opportunity to see everyone together every day!

Can I make multiple payments?

Yes! We can set up FlexPay which automatically charges your credit card as often as you set it for. Most of my clients set it up for a monthly withdrawal from deposit to final payment, where as others have set it up for as often as every 2 weeks, or just automatically charge the final balance on the final payment date. This is a great option so that I don’t have the whole group calling on final payment day trying to get in last minute.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

1000% yes!! It doesn’t matter if you’re 4 or 94, travel emergencies or mishaps can happen to anyone. Richter Travel is partnered with Allianz Travel Insurance and can offer a plan best for you and your travel party. Travel insurance can protect you from anything such as lost/delayed baggage, to emergency medical evacuation.

Is a passport required?

Although a passport is not required it is *highly recommended*. If something is to happen and you need to fly home for any reason, you will not be able to until we are back in Miami. I’ve had this happen to clients before and it’s not a fun situation for any of us to be in. Passports are valid for 10 years and they have been processing extremely quickly lately!
